Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Notes and the Exchange Notes dated as of May 1, 2001 among the Company and Bankers Trust Company, as the Trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, together with any series Supplemental Indenture relating thereto.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of July 6, 2000, between the Company and Chase Manhattan Bank and Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of January 26, 2001, between the Company and BNY Midwest Trust Company, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of November 2, 2001 among the Company, the Guarantors and The Chase Manhattan Bank, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, together with the supplement, creating the 8.25% Senior Subordinated Notes due August 15, 2013, each dated as of August 13, 2003, between the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time;
Indenture. The Indenture dated the date hereof among the Company and the Trustee pursuant to which the Senior Subordinated Notes are to be issued, as such Indenture is amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the Indenture among SGC, the Subsidiaries and the Trustee pertaining to the issuance of the Notes and dated as of the date hereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of April 6, 2004, among the Company, the Guarantors and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
