Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of April 15, 2003, by and among the Company, the Guarantors party thereto from time to time and HSBC Bank USA, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Notes are being issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of June 6, 2003, between the Company, as issuer, and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of February 13, 2004, between the Guarantor and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of May 17, 1999 as amended as of October 25, 2000, January 24, 2003 and November 18, 2003 between the Company, the Guarantors and U.S. Bank National Association (as successor in interest to State Street Bank and Trust Company) as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of November 21, 1995, as amended and supplemented by the Fourth Supplemental Indenture dated as of January 27, 2004 each between the Company and Wachovia Bank, National Association (formerly First Union National Bank of North Carolina), as trustee, and as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the Indenture, dated as of August 17, 2005, between the Obligor and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee and Trust Collateral Agent, as amended from time to time with the consent of Financial Security.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of August 3, 2004, between the Company and Bank of New York, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the Indenture dated as of November 15, 2005 between the Company and the Trustee, as trustee, pursuant to which the Securities are being issued.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of December 23, 2005 among the Co-issuers, the Guarantors and Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, as trustee, and as the same may be amended, 2 supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the indenture, dated as of May 9, 2006, between the Issuers and the Trustee, relating to the issuance of the Senior PIK Notes, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
