Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of August 12, 2005, among the Co-Issuers, the Guarantors and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of October 4, 2005, between the Company, the Guarantors and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the indenture, dated as of August 11, 2004, between the Company and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee, relating to the IDS Notes.
Indenture. Means the Master Indenture dated as of August 12, 2004 between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee. Custody and Control Agreement -2-
Indenture. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Indenture. Refers to the Indenture, dated as of May 22, 2002, between the Company and The Bank of New York, as specified in the third recital to this Second Amendment.
