Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of December 20, 2018, as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture thereto, dated as of December 20, 2018, each among Company, H&P Drilling Co. and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, relating to the Securities, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Any Appendix, Schedule, Exhibit or other attachment to the Indenture not amended pursuant to the terms of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall remain in effect without any amendment or other modification thereto.
