Example Definitions of "Insider"
Insider. Shall have the same definition as used in the United States Bankruptcy Code
Insider. Defined in the preamble to this Agreement
Insider. An officer or director of the Company or any other person whose transactions in the Company's Common Stock are (or would be if the Company's Shares are not then publicly traded) subject to Section 16 of the Exchange Act
