Example Definitions of "Insider"
Insider. An officer or director of the Company or a Ten Percent Shareholder, as defined in Section 6.3
Insider. Means William P. Foley, II, Hugh R. Harris, Mark D. Linehan, Erika Meinhardt, Richard N. Massey, David W. Ducommun, Bryan D. Coy, Ryan R. Caswell, Dexter Fowler and Michael L. Gravelle.
