Example Definitions of "Insider"
Insider. Means a Person who is either an officer or a director of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company.
Insider. Means an individual who would be considered an "insider" of the Company for purposes of the Ontario Act or Section 16 of the Exchange Act, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

Insider. Means a person who is subject to the provisions of Section 16 of the Exchange Act.
Insider. Means (a) an insider as defined under Section 1(i) of the Securities Act (Alberta), other than a person who falls within that definition solely by virtue of being a director or senior officer of a Subsidiary; and (b) an associate as defined under Section 1(a.1) of the Securities Act (Alberta) of any person who is an insider by virtue of (a) above.
