Invention

Invention. Shall mean any Process Improvement or Product Invention.

Invention. Shall mean any invention, discovery, process, product or design, and any improvements to any of the foregoing, used, conceived, created, developed or reduced to practice as a result of, or arising from or during, the Processing of Product by PPS.

Invention. Invention. As used herein, the term "Invention" means any invention whether patentable or not.

Invention. Means any new or improved apparatus, process, formula, information, product, invention, discovery, idea, suggestion, material, data, equipment, design, drawing, prototype, report, computer software, documentation or other intellectual property or know-how invented, discovered, produced, conceived, or reduced to practice by a Party or its personnel in connection with, or as a result of, this Agreement or as a result of any information provided to a Party by the other Party.

Invention. Means any composition of matter, device, process, treatment, discovery, concept or idea, or any improvement thereof, whether patentable or not, or subject to copyright, which may be conceived, made, or developed by CoreRx, or any employee or independent contractor of CoreRx, in the performance of this Agreement.

Invention. Includes any invention, discovery, work of authorship, software, information or data, patentable or unpatentable, that is conceived, 4 developed or reduced to practice in the course of the services provided pursuant to this Master Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement specifically excluding, however, any of either Party's pre-existing assays, techniques, compositions, methods or processes. Invention. Means any invention, including any new and useful process, method, or composition of matter, or improvement thereto, whether or not patentable.

Invention. Has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.

Invention. Means any Information whether patentable or unpatentable, that is conceived or reduced to practice either solely by one or more employees or contractors of a Party or jointly by one or more employees or contractors of SEQUENOM and one or more employees or contractors of SIEMENS in the course of the BSE or through the practice of the rights and licenses granted under this Agreement.
