Investment Property

Investment Property. All right, title and interest of any Grantor in and to any and all: (a) securities whether certificated or uncertificated; (b) securities entitlements; (c) securities accounts; (d) commodity contracts; or (e) commodity accounts

Investment Property. All of Debtor's investment property, as such term is defined in the UCC

Investment Property. All present and future investment property, securities, stocks, bonds, debentures, debt securities, partnership interests, limited liability company interests, options, security entitlements, securities accounts, commodity contracts, commodity accounts, and all financial assets held in any securities account or otherwise, and all options and warrants to purchase any of the foregoing, wherever located, and all other securities of every kind, whether certificated or uncertificated

Investment Property. Means all of Company's investment property, including but not limited to all stock and other interest of Company in its subsidiaries, if any.

Investment Property. Means investment property, as that term is defined in the U.C.C., unless the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in another jurisdiction would govern the perfection and priority of a security interest in investment property, and, in such case, "investment property" shall be defined in accordance with the law of that jurisdiction as in effect from time to time.

Investment Property. Defined in the Uniform Commercial Code in effect from time to time in the State of New York

Investment Property. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Code.

Investment Property. As defined in Article 9 of the UCC

Investment Property. The meaning assigned to it in Exhibit A hereto.
