Investment Property. The respective meanings set forth in the Uniform Commercial Code
Investment Property. The following terms which are defined in Article 9 are used herein as so defined: Accessions, Accounts, Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claims, Deposit Accounts, Documents, Equipment, General Intangibles, Goods, Instruments, Inventory, Investment Property, Letters of Credit, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Payment Intangibles, Proceeds, Promissory Notes, Software and Supporting Obligations.
Investment Property. Shall have the same respective meanings as are given to those terms in the UCC as presently in effect in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if not otherwise defined in this Agreement.
Investment Property. Shall have the meaning given that term in the UCC.
Investment Property. Shall mean all Securities (whether certificated or uncertificated), Security Entitlements and Commodity Contracts of any Grantor (other than Excluded Stock and Stock Equivalents).
Investment Property. The meaning given in the Code, as such definition may be amended from time to time, and shall include, but not be limited to, securities, security accounts, commodity contracts, or commodity accounts.
Investment Property. All of the Debtor's investment property, as such term is defined in the UCC, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, including but not limited to all securities, security entitlements, securities accounts, commodity contracts, commodity accounts, financial assets, stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares, money market shares and United States of America Government securities.
Investment Property. The respective meanings set forth in the Indenture Security Agreement.
