Investment Property. Investment Property. All Investment Property as that term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC

Investment Property. Any and all: (1) investment property (as that term is defined in the U.C.C.) of any Grantor; (2) securities (as that term is defined in the U.C.C.) of any Grantor; (3) financial assets (as that term is defined in the U.C.C.) of any Grantor; (4) security entitlements (as that term is defined in the U.C.C.) of any Grantor and (5) securities accounts (as that term is defined in the U.C.C.) of any Grantor

Investment Property. The respective meanings set forth in the Washington Uniform Commercial Code

Investment Property. Shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9-102(a)(49) of the UCC; provided that, to the extent the term "Investment Property" as used herein includes Stock, Partnership Interests or Limited Liability Company Interests, such Equity Interests included within such term shall be limited by the provisos of the respective definitions of "Stock", "Partnership Interests" or "Limited Liability Company Interests", as the case may be.

Investment Property. (including Financial Assets, Securities Entitlements, Securities Accounts, Commodity Accounts, and Commodity Contracts), each of which terms shall have such meaning, as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC, and shall include the Shares;

Investment Property. Shall be used herein as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code but in any event shall include, but not be limited to, all securities, whether certificated or uncertificated, all financial assets, all security entitlements, all securities accounts, all commodity contracts and all commodity accounts.

Investment Property. Means Investment Property as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Ohio as in effect from time to time, of Grantor.

Investment Property. Have the meanings given to them in the PPSA.
