Investors

Investors. The Investors identified in the Purchase Agreement and any Affiliate or permitted transferee of any Investor who is a subsequent holder of any Registrable Securities

Investors. The meaning set forth in the preamble

Investors. Defined in the preamble to this Agreement, and includes any transferee of the Registrable Securities (so long as they remain Registrable Securities) of an Investor permitted under this Agreement and the Lock-Up Agreement

Investors. Means the persons named on Schedule A hereto, each person to whom the rights of an Investor are assigned pursuant to Subsection 6.9, each person who hereafter becomes a signatory to this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 6.11 and any one of them, as the context may require.

Vista Equity Partners Fund VI, L.P., Vista Equity Partners Fund VI-A, L.P., VEPF VI FAF, L.P. and/or any transferee of Vista Equity Partners Fund VI, L.P., Vista Equity Partners Fund VI-A, L.P., VEPF VI FAF, L.P. and any Affiliate of any of the foregoing Persons that holds Common Stock, and "Investor" means any of the Investors individually.

Investors. Collectively, the Initial Investors and the Investor Permitted Transferees; provided, however, that the term "Investors" shall not include any of the Initial Investors or any of the Investor Permitted Transferees that ceases to own or hold any Purchased Shares
