Investors

Investors. Means, collectively, (a) the Prior Investors, and (b) each other holder of the Company's securities who executed and delivered, prior to the date of this Agreement and with the prior consent of the Company, the Prior Registration Rights Agreement, to the extent, in each case, that any such person continues to hold Registrable Securities.

Investors. The meaning given to such term in the recitals.

Investors. GTCR and any other investment fund managed by GTCR Golder Rauner, L.L.C.

Investors. GTCR Fund VII, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, GTCR Fund VII/A, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, GTCR Co-Invest, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and any other investment fund managed by GTCR Golder Rauner, L.L.C. or GTCR Golder Rauner II, L.L.C.

Investors. The Stockholders and any transferee of any Investor who is a subsequent holder of any Registrable Securities and who complies with the provisions of Section 6(c)

Investors. The Investors identified in the Purchase Agreement, the Placement Agent and any Affiliate or permitted transferee of any Investor or the Placement Agent who is a subsequent holder of any Registrable Securities and who complies with the provisions of Section 7(c)

Investors. Shall mean one or more Persons who are not Affiliates of the Company and who acquire up to 750,000 Common Shares of the Company contemporaneous with the sale of the Initial Shares

Investors. The Initial Investors and any transferee or assignee who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 hereof

Investors. Shall mean the registered holders from time to time of the Warrants and/or Registrable Securities.

Investors. Shall mean the Investors identified in the Purchase Agreement.
