Investors

Investors. Shall mean, collectively, (i) the Persons listed on Schedule A hereto, (ii) each Person who hereafter becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 6.1 hereof and (iii) each Person who hereafter becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 6.9 hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Person shall cease being an Investor for all purposes of this Agreement if and when such Person no longer owns or holds any Registrable Securities.

Investors. The meaning assigned to it in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Investors. GTCR Fund VIII, GTCR Fund VIII/B, GTCR Co-Invest II, and any other investment fund managed by GTCR I or GTCR II that at any given time owns securities of the Company.
