Example Definitions of "IPO"
IPO. The initial public offering of Company's securities pursuant to a prospectus dated August 9, 2021
IPO. Shall mean an initial public offering of Shares underwritten on a firm commitment basis pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities Exchange Commission.
