Example Definitions of "IPO"
IPO. The underwritten initial public offering of Shares that closed in May 2018.
IPO. The completion by the Company of a firmly underwritten public offering of the Company's Common Stock pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and declared effective under the Securities Act (and not subsequently withdrawn) covering the offer and sale of Common Stock for the account of the Company.
IPO. The initial public offering of the Company's common stock on a national securities exchange
