Example Definitions of "IPO"
IPO. Means the Company's first underwritten public offering of its Common Units under the Securities Act, it being acknowledged that such public offering may occur after the conversion of the Company to a corporation as contemplated by Section 5.4 of the Restated LLC Agreement.
IPO. The Maker's initial public offering of units that closed on December 17, 2021
