Example Definitions of "IPO"
IPO. Shall mean the initial offering to the public of shares of the Company's Common Stock pursuant to a registration statement filed under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
IPO. Means a public offering of common stock of the Corporation, pursuant to a registration statement that is declared effective under the Securities Act that results in net proceeds to the Corporation of not less than Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000).
