Example Definitions of "ISO"
ISO. An incentive stock option—i.e., an Option which, at the time such Option is granted under the Plan, qualifies as an incentive stock option within the meaning of section 422 of the Code, unless the Award Agreement states that the Option will not be treated as an ISO.
ISO. Or "Incentive Stock Option" - an option to purchase Common Stock granted to a Participant under the Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6 and which conforms to the applicable provisions of Section 422 of the Code.
