Example Definitions of "ISO"
ISO. Means an Option that is also an incentive stock option granted pursuant to Section 6(d) of the Plan.
ISO. Shall mean an Option granted to a Participant pursuant to the Plan that constitutes and shall be treated as an "incentive stock option" as defined in Section 422(b) of the Code.
ISO. An incentive stock option that meets the requirements of Section 422 (or any successor section) of the Code.
ISO. Means an Option which is intended, as evidenced by its designation, as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code, the award of which contains such provisions and is made under such circumstances and to such persons as may be necessary to comply with that section.
ISO. The acronym "ISO" means an option to purchase Common Stock which at the time the option is granted qualifies as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Code Section 422.
ISO. Means Independent Sales Organization.
ISO. Means an Option (or a portion thereof) intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code, or any successor provision.

Any provisions elsewhere in this Plan or in any such ISO which would prevent such Option from being an incentive stock option may be deleted and/or voided retroactively to the date of the granting of such Option, by action of the Board.
ISO. Means an Option that meets the requirements of Section 422 of the Code, or any successor provision, and that is designated by the Committee as an Incentive Stock Option. An ISO may be granted only to Employees.
