Example Definitions of "ISO"
ISO. Any Option granted pursuant to the Plan that is intended to be and is specifically designated in its Award Agreement as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code. -
ISO. The term "ISO" means Insurance Services Office, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
ISO. An incentive stock option—i.e., an Option which, at the time such Option is granted under the Plan, qualifies as an incentive stock option within the meaning of section 422 of the Code, unless the Award Agreement states that the Option will not be treated as an ISO.
