Junior Stock

Junior Stock. Means the Common Stock and any other class or series of stock of the Issuer the terms of which expressly provide that it ranks junior to Designated Preferred Stock as to dividend rights and/or as to rights on liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Issuer.

Junior Stock. (a) for purposes of Section 2 below, the Common Stock and any other class or series of stock of the Corporation not entitled to receive any dividends in any dividend period unless all preferential dividends required to have been paid or declared and set apart for payment on the Preferred Stock shall have been so paid or declared and set apart for payment and, (b) for purposes of Section 3 below, the Common Stock and any other class or series of stock of the Corporation not entitled to receive... any assets upon the liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the affairs of the Corporation until the Preferred Stock shall have received the entire preferential amount to which such shares of Preferred Stock are entitled upon such liquidation, dissolution or winding up. Junior Stock. Means the Common Stock and any other class or series of capital stock of the Corporation ranking junior to the Preferred Stock both as to dividends and as to distributions upon a Liquidation Event.

Junior Stock. Shall mean all classes of common stock of the Company and each other class of capital stock or series of preferred stock established after the Original Issue Date, by the Board of Directors, the terms of which do not expressly provide that such class or series ranks senior to or on parity with the Preferred Stock as to dividend rights or rights upon the liquidation, winding-up or dissolution of the Company.

Junior Stock. Means the Common Stock and all other securities of the Corporation, including Common Stock Equivalents of the Corporation other than those securities which are explicitly senior or pari passu to the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock in dividend rights or liquidation preference.

Junior Stock. Means the Common Stock and all other classes and series of securities of the Corporation that rank below the Series G Preferred Stock as to dividend rights and rights upon liquidation, winding up, or dissolution.

Junior Stock. Shall mean the Common Stock and any other class or series of Capital Stock authorized and issued after the Original Issuance Date, in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation, other than the Series A Preferred Stock, any class or series of Parity Stock and any class or series of Senior Stock.

Junior Stock. Shall mean Common Stock and all other shares of stock of any other class of the Company at any time created and issued ranking junior to the Preferred Shares with respect to the right to receive dividends and/or the right to the distribution of assets upon liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company.

Junior Stock. Shall mean the Common Stock or any other class or series of capital stock of the Corporation which at the time of issuance is not declared to be senior to or on a parity with the Series H Preferred Stock as to dividends or rights upon liquidation.

Junior Stock. The term "Junior Stock" shall mean any shares of any class or series of capital stock of the Corporation other than the Preferred Stock, any Senior Stock or the Common Stock.
