Junior Stock

Junior Stock. Means the Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Corporation and any other class or series of shares of the Corporation hereafter authorized over which the Series A Preferred Stock has preference or priority in the payment of dividends or in the distribution of assets on any liquidation (complete or partial), dissolution or winding up of the affairs of the Corporation.
