Junior Stock

Junior Stock. Means the Common Stock and any other capital stock of the Corporation the terms of which do not expressly provide that such capital stock is on a parity with or senior to the Series D Preferred as to dividend rights and rights upon liquidation. 2

Junior Stock. Shall mean any of the Corporation's Common Stock and any other stock issued by the Corporation other than Series A Preferred Stock.

Junior Stock. Means the Common Stock and any and all classes or series of capital stock of the Company over which shares of Preferred Stock have a preference as to distribution of assets on any liquidation of the Company.

Junior Stock. The Common Stock and any class or series of capital stock of the Corporation ranking, as to payment of dividends or distribution of assets, junior to the Series C Preferred Stock.

Junior Stock. The term "Junior Stock" shall mean, for purposes of paragraph 2 below, Common Equity and any class or series of stock of the Corporation authorized after the Initial Issue Date which is not entitled to receive any dividends in any Dividend Period unless all dividends required to have been paid or declared and set apart for payment on the Series A Preferred Stock shall have been 2 3 so paid or declared and set apart for payment, and for purposes of... paragraph 3 below, shall mean Common Equity and any class or series of stock of the Corporation authorized after the Initial Issue Date which is not entitled to receive any assets upon liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the affairs of the Corporation until the Series A Preferred Stock shall have received the entire amount to which such stock is entitled upon such liquidation, dissolution or winding up.
