Licensed Products

Licensed Products. Shall mean the Products manufactured by or for and sold by the Licensee and/or any sub licensee of the Licensee under the Trademarks

Licensed Products. Shall mean products which are: (a) made in accordance with or by means of Licensed Processes; or (b) made utilizing any substance, device, apparatus, method, or process which embodies or uses the Technology or Invention, including improvements.

Licensed Products. Licensed Products. Shall mean human in vitro clinical diagnostic and non-therapy screening tests incorporating Licensed Technology which are designed by Calypte to detect Analytes in human blood, serum, plasma, urine, oral fluids, or urogenital swabs.

Licensed Products. As used herein means products developed, manufactured, sold or distributed by LICENSEE in the Licensed Field, which products use any of the Licensed Marks. Use of the Licensed Marks in this regard shall be use either as -2- a mark or other source identifier (but not fair use of a Licensed Mark), or use which reasonably conveys the commercial impression of affiliation with goods and/or services of LI.

Licensed Products. Shall mean products having an effective amount of the Formulation therein and having all necessary government approval for commercialization, including, but not limited to, the Lotion Products, the Gel Product and any Derivative Products hereinafter developed by the Optionee.
