Licensed Products

Licensed Products. Products claimed in PATENT RIGHTS or products made in accordance with or by means of LICENSED PROCESSES.

Licensed Products. The Licensor's clothing, accessories and sporting goods, including basic sporting equipment and additional sporting merchandise, which are products covered, in whole or in part, by the Licensed Brand and Trademarks identified on Exhibit A, and all modified, improved and derivative versions thereof manufactured by the Licensee after the Effective Date, and which are added to Exhibit B by agreement of the Parties.

Licensed Products. Any product that meets one of the following definitions: (a) "Type A Product" shall mean [****]. (b) "Type B Product" shall mean [****]. (c) "Type C Product" shall mean [****]. (d) "Type D Product" shall mean [****]. (e) "Type E Product" shall mean [****].

Licensed Products. Means any software, hardware or other product that is owned by Licensee, and that is covered by one or more claims of the Licensed Patents, regardless of whether such product is combined with any Licensee technology or any third party technology, but excluding any CyberKnife System (as defined in the License Agreement) or any other product or component that contains functionality in addition to that required to implement the claims of the Licensed Patents.

Licensed Products. Any article, kit, equipment, system, method, apparatus or unit within the Field of Use covered by a claim of Patent Rights.

Licensed Products. Any product, device, system, apparatus, kit, component, method, procedure, application, process or service the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, commercialization, exploitation, disposition, practice or import which is the subject of the licenses granted in this Agreement within the Licensed Field of Use or utilizes the Related Know How.

Licensed Products. Products imported, made, used, or sold using Licensed Technology or under the claims of Licensed Patents, including immunotoxins comprising antibodies conjugated to bouganin

Licensed Products. Means any past, present and future products and services that are made, used, sold, offered for sale, imported, or distributed by or on behalf of Proofpoint that, in the absence of the license granted pursuant to Section 3.1, would infringe, either directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, any of Finjan's Patents.

Licensed Products. The AeroGarden 3, the AeroGarden 7, the AeroGarden Extra, the AeroGarden Ultra and any additional aeroponic or hydroponic products developed by AeroGrow in the future, and associated seed kits.

Licensed Products. Means any product or part of a product in the Field of Use: (i) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (ii) which is made with, uses, was derived from, identified or validated by, incorporates, or was developed in whole or in part using any Technical Information.
