Licensed Products

Licensed Products. Shall mean golf clubs, golf balls, golf bags, and related golf accessories and equipment.

Licensed Products. The term "Licensed Products" shall mean any article, composition, apparatus, substance, chemical or any other material for use in the Field that is covered by the Patent Rights or the Property Rights, incorporates the Licensed Technology or the Licensed Know-How, or that is discovered, derived or developed using the Licensed Technology, the Licensed Know-How, the Patent Rights or the Property Rights.

Licensed Products. Licensed Products. Shall mean any product that the design, development, manufacture, provision, use, import, offering for sale, sale, disposition, distribution, lease or rental of which would, in the absence of this Agreement, infringe one or more claims of the Licensed Patents.

Licensed Products. Means the Executable Software (which may be combined with Executable Software of two or more Licensed Developers), which shall consist of one product developed for the Player per Unit, in final form developed exclusively for the Player. Licensed Products. Means and includes any and all technologies, products, processes or biological materials embodied in whole or in part, in the Licensed Patents.

Licensed Products.
