Lien

Lien. Any mortgage, pledge, hypothecation, judgment lien or similar legal process, title retention lien, or other lien or security interest, including the interest of a vendor under any conditional sale or other title retention agreement and the interest of a lessor under a lease of any interest in any kind of property or asset, whether real, personal or mixed, or tangible or intangible.

Lien. The meaning ascribed to such term in the Facility

Lien. Means with respect to any assets, any mortgage, lien, pledge, charge, security interest or other similar encumbrance (including, without limitation, any conditional sale or other title retention agreement or lease in the nature thereof, any option or other agreement to sell, and any filing of or agreement to give, any security interest).
