Lien

Lien. Means any mortgage, deed of trust, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, encumbrance, lien (statutory or other) or preference, priority, right or other security interest or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever.

Lien. A charge imposed on the Premises by someone other than Landlord, by which the Premises are made security for the performance of an act.

Lien. With respect to any asset, any mortgage, leasehold mortgage, lien, pledge, charge, security interest, hypothecation or encumbrance of any kind in respect of such asset.
