Lien. Any mortgage, deed of trust, pledge, security interest, assignment, encumbrance or lien (statutory or otherwise) of every kind and character.

Lien. Is a claim, mortgage, deed of trust, levy, attachment charge, pledge, hypothecation, security interest or other encumbrance of any kind, whether voluntarily incurred or arising by operation of law or otherwise against any property.

Lien. Means any mortgage, pledge, charge, encumbrance, security interest, collateral assignment or lien. "Lien" shall not be deemed to include any license, option or covenant of, or other contractual obligation with respect to, Intellectual Property.
