Lien. With respect to any Borrower or Collateral, any interest in any real, personal or other property which secures payment or performance of, or which is created as a result of a non-payment of, any obligation and shall include any mortgage, lien, encumbrance, charge, hypothecation or other security interest of any kind, whether arising by contract, as a matter of law, by judicial process or otherwise.
