Lien

Lien. Any lien, charge, encumbrance, security interest, right of first refusal or other restrictions of any kind and as further defined in Section 6(s).

Lien. Means, with respect to any Purchased Asset, any mortgage, pledge, lien, security interest, option, covenant, condition, restriction, encumbrance, charge or other third-party claim of any kind.
