Example Definitions of "Lien"
Lien. Means with respect to any asset (a) any claim, pledge, mortgage, lien, charge, security interest, or encumbrance of any kind or (b) the interest of a vendor or lessor under any conditional sale agreement or other title retention agreement, but shall not include any lease processing or other agreement executed by Obligor and covering or including any Collateral.
