Liens. Means a lien, charge, security interest, encumbrance, right of first refusal, preemptive right or other restriction (other than, in the case of the Securities and the Additional Investment Right, restrictions provided in the Transaction Documents or as otherwise agreed or imposed by the Investor)
Liens. With respect to any property or asset, any mortgage, pledge, security interest, encumbrance, claim, lien, or charge of any kind in respect of such property or asset (including, without limitation, any conditional sale or option), any sale of receivables with recourse against such seller, or any agreement to file any of the foregoing.
