Loan Documents

Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Notes and any other instruments, agreements or other documents executed and/or delivered in connection herewith or therewith, excluding the Warrants.

Loan Documents. Shall mean the Notes, the Security Agreement, Amendment No. 1 to the Security Agreement, the Subordination Agreement, the Warrants and all agreements related hereto and thereto.
