Loan Documents

Loan Documents. This Note, the Loan Agreement, the Deed of Trust and any and all other agreements, documents, and instruments executed and delivered in connection with this Note, and any future amendments thereto, or restatements thereof, together with any and all renewals, extensions, amendments and modifications to any such agreements, documents, and instruments.

Loan Documents. The meaning ascribed to such term in the Deed of Trust

Loan Documents. All instruments and documents evidencing, securing, governing, guaranteeing and/or pertaining to the Indebtedness.

Loan Documents. This Note and all agreements, instruments, documents, exhibits, schedules, amendments, modifications, supplements, certificates, financing statements, reports, and notices related thereto, including a 3 year warrant, dated the date hereof, to purchase 1,898,734 shares of common stock of the Maker at a conversion price of $1.58.

Loan Documents. The Loan Agreement, the Term Note, the Revolving Note, the Second Term Note, and all Loan Documents (as defined in the Loan Agreement), and includes, without limitation, all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements, and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Obligations.

Loan Documents. All documents executed and delivered in connection with the loan transaction evidenced by this Note (including this Note, each Security Instrument, the Loan Agreement, any other loan agreements between Borrower and Lender, and all loan application documents), whether now existing or hereafter arising
