Loan Documents. The term "Loan Documents" means all notes, drafts, agreements, accounts or other documents evidencing any Indebtedness, providing security for or relating to any Indebtedness, including, but not limited to, this Agreement, the Installment Note-Interest Included the Deed of Trust and the Guaranty by the Guarantor The Loan Documents are conclusive evidence of such Indebtedness at any time owing to Lender.
