Loan Documents

Loan Documents. Shall refer to this Note and the Security Agreement described above.

Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, the Loan Agreement, the Notes, any UCC financing statements and all other documents and instruments heretofore, now or hereafter evidencing, describing, guaranteeing or securing the Indebtedness contemplated hereby or in the Loan Agreement or delivered in connection with this Agreement.

Loan Documents. Means this Note, the Loan Agreement and all other related documents, whether now or hereafter executed, evidencing, guarantying or securing the Loan or given by the Borrower in connection therewith, all as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time,

Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Notes, agreements evidencing the Existing Term Loan T03NP, and the Security Documents.

Loan Documents. Shall include all Loan Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and, prior to Security Termination, all agreements evidencing any Bank Product or Hedging Transaction entered into by a Lender or an Affiliate of Lender

Loan Documents. Shall mean, collectively, this Agreement, each Promissory Note, each Security Agreement, each Pledge Agreement, each Guaranty and any other security documents, guarantees, pledges and agreements executed by HITN, Holdco and/or PAGE 3 - SPECTRUM ACCESS AND LOAN FACILITY AGREEMENT any Newco in connection with this Agreement and any Use Agreement.

Loan Documents. The Credit Agreement, any present or future promissory notes (including the Note, as defined in the Credit Agreement), each Loan Notice, each Borrower Pledge Agreement and any and all other certificates, documents or instruments delivered in connection with the this Agreement, the Credit Agreement or the transactions contemplated herein, as the foregoing may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented, substituted or otherwise modified from time to time.

Loan Documents. Means, individually and collectively, this Agreement, any Note, security or pledge agreement, financing statement and all other contracts, instruments, addenda and documents executed in connection with or related to the extension(s) of credit, and any Collateral therefor, which are the subject of this Agreement.

Loan Documents. Shall mean collectively, the promissory notes, mortgages, indemnities, loan agreements, guaranties, pledges, security agreements, assignments of management agreements and any other documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection with the Loan, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Loan Documents. Means collectively, this Agreement and the Convertible Notes.
