Loan Documents

Loan Documents. The term "Loan Documents," as used in this Note and the other Loan Documents, refers to all documents executed in connection with or related to the loans evidenced by this Note and the Original Notes, and includes, without limitation, the Forbearance Agreement, this Note and the Original Notes, all security agreements, security instruments, assignments, financing statements, mortgage instruments, including any renewals or modifications to foregoing, whenever executed.

Loan Documents. Collectively, this Agreement and each amendment, amendment and restatement or waiver thereof, the Letter of Credit Documents, the Security Documents, each Management Fee Subordination Agreement, each Affiliate Subordinated Indebtedness Subordination Agreement and each Incremental Facility Agreement.

Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Warrant, the Note, and the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, being executed in connection herewith and all other present or future instruments and agreements between Borrower and ORIX relating hereto or thereto.

Loan Documents. This Amendment, the RBA Notes, the LOC Note, the Continuing Security Documents and all other documents evidencing, securing or relating to the obligations of Borrower to Bank, other than the Terminating Security Documents.

Loan Documents. This Loan Agreement, the Notes, the Security Agreement, any guaranty agreements, financing statements, collateral documents, consents and all other documents, instruments, certificates and agreements executed and/or delivered by Borrowers, or any third party, in favor of Lender in connection with the Loan or the Lender's security interest in the Collateral

Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Deed of Hypothec, the Guaranty and all other documents, agreements, instruments and certificates relating to or entered into in connection with any of the foregoing and the Term Loan, or either of them, but shall not include any Atai Investment Documents
