Loan Documents

Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, the Dedicated Account Control Agreement, the Note, the Guaranty, the Power of Attorney, the Spread Buyer Power of Attorney, the Security Agreement and the Securities Account Control Agreement, as each of the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time

Loan Documents. This Note and any other document, instrument or agreement, entered into in connection with the Indebtedness evidenced by this Note, all as amended, restated, extended, renewed, supplemented, modified or replaced from time to time

Loan Documents. Means the Note, this Deed of Trust, that certain Holdback Agreement between Trustor and Beneficiary dated as of even date herewith (the Holdback Agreement), and any other documents or instruments now or hereafter securing or evidencing the Note or the obligations secured by this Deed of Trust or the Other Deeds of Trust (but not that certain Unsecured Environmental Indemnity Agreement of even date herewith by Trustor in favor of Beneficiary).

Loan Documents. Loan Documents means the Loan and Security Agreement, Guarantee, Security Documents, all other agreements and documents contemplated by any of the aforesaid documents, and all amendments, modifications, addendums, and replacements, whether presently existing or created in the future.

Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Security Documents and all other documents, agreements and instruments with respect to any Indebtedness, liabilities or obligations of any Credit Party or any Assets, in form and substance satisfactory solely to the Lender and the Lender's counsel, now or hereafter entered into in connection with this Agreement by any Credit Party, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, each of them is a "Loan Document"

Loan Documents. Any of this Note, the Collateral Documents, and all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by the Borrower for the benefit of each Lender in connection herewith

Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, the Collateral Access Agreement and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates executed and delivered to, or in favor of, the Lender and including all other powers of attorney, consents, assignments and contracts whether heretofore, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of the Borrower and delivered to the Lender in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated thereby.
