Majority Holders

Example Definitions of "Majority Holders"
Majority Holders. Shall mean the Holders of a majority of the Conversion Shares whether issued or issuable upon conversion of the Shares.
Majority Holders. Holders holding at the time, shares of Convertible Preferred Stock or Conversion Shares representing more than 50% of the sum of (x) all then outstanding Conversion Shares and (y) all shares of Common Stock issuable to the holders of then-outstanding Convertible Preferred Stock upon the conversion thereof.
Majority Holders. Means, at any time, the Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities issued or issuable at such time.
Majority Holders. Shall mean the holders of a majority of the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Registrable Securities then-held by Holders.
