Majority Holders

Example Definitions of "Majority Holders"
Majority Holders. One or more Holders holding in the aggregate at least 50% of the Registrable Securities
Majority Holders. Means, as of any date of determination, the holders of a majority of the then outstanding shares of Series C Preferred Stock.
