Majority Holders

Example Definitions of "Majority Holders"
Majority Holders. The holders of 51% of the aggregate principal value of the then outstanding Notes
Majority Holders. Means the holders of a majority of the aggregate principal amount at maturity of the Transfer Restricted Securities satisfying the terms and conditions for registration under the Exchange Offer Registration Statement or the Shelf Registration Statement.
Majority Holders. Shall mean the Holders of Warrants then outstanding, exercisable for in excess of 50% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock then purchasable upon exercise of all Warrants.
Majority Holders. Means those Purchasers who hold a majority in interest of the Securities and the Registrable Securities.
