Materials

Materials. All materials furnished by CIVITAS, all materials developed by Consultant in connection with the Consulting Services, and any materials, the cost of which are reimbursed to Consultant by CIVITAS hereunder

Materials. Shall mean any materials or compounds provided by MERIAL to SCYNEXIS or created or prepared by SCYNEXIS for use in the Scope of Services and shall include progeny, portions and derivatives of such Material and any associated know-how and data provided by MERIAL or created during the provision of the Services.

Information, written materials, data (including Clinical Trial data), results, documents (other than agreements), reports, presentations, plans, records, accounts, or notes, in each case relating to Products or activities relating to Products as contemplated by this Agreement or any of the Existing Agreements. For the avoidance of doubt, Materials do not include agreements with Third Parties

Materials. Physical samples exchanged between the Parties or developed in the course of a Project, except to the extent that the supply of such Materials to the other Party would violate the terms of any agreement with any third party or violate any applicable laws.

Materials. The biological samples, compounds, reagents, supplies, products and other goods that SYROS delivers or causes one or more third parties to deliver to QIAGEN, or QIAGEN procures from a third party at SYROS' cost, for purposes of performing this Agreement

Materials. The tangible physical material, if any, delivered to Company hereunder. Any Materials delivered to Company hereunder shall be listed in an Exhibit B hereto which may be amended from time to time upon mutual agreement of the parties.
