Maturity Date

Example Definitions of "Maturity Date"
Maturity Date. Means the earlier to occur of (a) December 7, 2004, and (b) the date upon which the Obligation has been accelerated pursuant to Section 11 below.
Maturity Date. Shall have the meaning given such term in the first paragraph of this Note.
Maturity Date. The earlier of: (a) the date the Lender notifies the Borrower that the unpaid principal balance of this Note is due based on the occurrence of an event of Default which has not been timely cured; or (b) November 7, 2004.
Maturity Date. Means November 22, 2002.
Maturity Date. Means the date on which this Note matures as provided in Section 6 hereof (as same may be extended, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 6 hereof), whether on the stated Maturity Date, or any earlier date resulting from acceleration of the outstanding Principal balance and all accrued Interest payable under the Note.

Maturity Date. Means the earlier of (a) December 31, 2017 and (b) the date on which all amounts under this Note shall become due and payable pursuant to Paragraph 6.
