Example Definitions of "Maturity Date"
Maturity Date. Shall mean September 29, 2005 or, if the Lender elects in its sole and absolute discretion by written notice to the Maker given not later than thirty (30) days prior to September 29, 2005, the date specified by Lender but not later than the third anniversary of the Issue Date.
Maturity Date. Shall mean December 18, 2009.
Maturity Date. Is, with respect to all Advances, the earlier to occur of (i) the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Letter of Intent, (ii) termination of the Letter of Intent or any definitive agreement entered into between the Borrower and the Lender in furtherance of the Letter of Intent under conditions where the Termination Fee would be due and payable from Borrower, (iii) 90 days after the date hereof, or (iv) the date of acceleration of the Advances by Lender following an Event of Default.
Maturity Date. Means the earlier of (i) November 1, 2034 (the "Scheduled Maturity Date"), (ii) the Call Date of any Call Option exercised by the Senior Lender under the Senior Note, and (iii) the date on which the unpaid principal balance of this Note becomes due and payable by acceleration or otherwise pursuant to the Loan Documents or the exercise by Lender of any right or remedy under any Loan Document.
Maturity Date. Shall mean March 16, 2010.
Maturity Date. Means the earlier of (a) October 31, 2010 or (b) 91st day after the date on which all Senior Debt under the BOFA Loan Documents and any Refinancing Senior Debt Documents is paid in full and all commitments under the BOFA Loan Documents and any Refinancing Senior Debt Documents are terminated.
