Example Definitions of "Maturity Date"
Maturity Date. Shall mean the earlier of (1) August 14, 2006 and (2) the thirtieth day following the termination of the Borrower's employment with the Lender; provided, however, that the Maturity Date shall in no event be earlier than August 14, 2002.
Maturity Date. Means the date that this Agreement shall cease to be effective, as set forth on the Schedule, subject to the provisions of Section 9.1 and 9.2 hereof.

Maturity Date. The definition of "Maturity Date" in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement shall be amended by deleting "June 15, 2002" and replacing the same with "June 30, 2003".
Maturity Date.
