Maturity Date

Example Definitions of "Maturity Date"
Maturity Date. Shall mean 5:00 p.m., Chicago time, on April 1, 2007 or such earlier date on which an Event of Default occurs.
Maturity Date. Shall mean the date that is twelve months from the date of issuance of the Note.
Maturity Date. Shall mean March 18, 2008, or such later date as the Lender shall agree in writing in its sole discretion.

Maturity Date. Means the earlier to occur of (a) the date on which all the outstanding principal and interest (or any other amounts owed) on the Debentures held by persons other than the Group Holders have been paid in full, (b) the date that is six months after the maturity of the Debentures and (c) the date on which Jordan Industries, pursuant to or within the meaning of any Bankruptcy Law: (i) commences a voluntary case, (ii) consents to the entry of an order for relief against it in an involuntary case,... Maturity Date. Means June 15, 2004 with respect to the Term Facility.
