Maturity Date

Maturity Date. The 31st day of May, 2014

Maturity Date. The definition of "Maturity Date" is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows: "Maturity Date" means September 12, 2019.

Maturity Date. Maturity Date means the earlier to occur of (a) April 2, 2019 and (b) the date that is ninety-one (91) days prior to the scheduled maturity of any Permitted Additional Senior Notes (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Permitted Additional Senior Notes that are Redeemed in accordance with Section 9.04(b) prior to the date upon which such Permitted Additional Senior Notes would have otherwise caused the Maturity Date to occur under this definition).

Maturity Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the second introductory paragraph.

Maturity Date. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Note.

Maturity Date. April __, 2020; provided, however, that the Maturity Date may be extended at the option of the Holder.

Maturity Date. The earliest of (a) the first anniversary of the date of this Note and (b) the date the Loan shall become due and payable in full hereunder, whether by acceleration or otherwise

Maturity Date. The earlier of (i) the date of an Acquisition and (ii) the date of the conversion of any Note, Additional Note or New Note pursuant to Section 4 thereof.
