Maturity Date

Example Definitions of "Maturity Date"
Maturity Date. Means September 30, 2016. Any obligations of the Customers under this Agreement that are not paid when due on or before the Maturity Date shall remain subject to the provisions of this Agreement until all Obligations are paid and performed in full.
Maturity Date. The date of the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Agreement (the "JV Closing") but in any event not later than September 30, 2014.
Maturity Date. Means the date which is the second anniversary of the Closing Date.
Maturity Date. The earlier of (i) the occurrence of an Event of Default (as defined below), or (ii) December 24, 2016, when all amounts hereunder are declared by the Escrow Agent due and payable or made automatically due and payable in accordance with the terms hereof.
Maturity Date. The earlier of (a) the date which is 3 years from the date of this Note and (b) the date on which all amounts under the Notes shall become due and payable pursuant to Section 10. For greater certainty, the date of any Notes that are issued in exchange for this Note shall be the date of issue of this Note and the Maturity Date shall be the same date for any such new Notes as for this Note.
Maturity Date. Means May 21, 2017.
